How a project runs

Clear agreements before the work starts, and working software every two weeks. You talk directly to the person who builds it.

  1. Conversation

    We go through how the work is done now, where time gets lost and what the result should be. Free of charge and without obligation.

  2. Fixed quote

    A written proposal with scope, planning and one fixed price. You know what you get and what it costs before any work starts.

  3. Build rounds of two weeks

    The software is built in rounds of two weeks. After each round you test a working version, and the plan is adjusted where needed.

  4. Delivery and aftercare

    Go-live, handover with documentation and a period of aftercare. Maintenance can continue afterwards if you want it to.
